About Me

I am a husband, writer, former educator, and amateur pizza chef residing in the Chesapeake Bay region. I work in the education field and write in my spare time about culture, history, literature, philosophy, sustainable living, and spiritual theology. Previously I spent several years in formation with the Discalced Carmelites, during which time I studied at The Catholic University of America, before graduating with a B.A. in Philosophy from Mount Angel Seminary. I believe that everyone deserves to eat real food, read good books, and live in loving intimacy with the Most High God.
